Amazing all-inclusive stay!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay here!! Our room was spacious and comfortable and our bathroom was modern and clean. The resort is a stone's throw away from the beach. The pool areas are lovely and there are so many bars. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food selection is incredible and they change up lunch and dinner every day. We were so sad to leave!

Their taxi airport service is extremely overpriced - just make sure you go outside the resort and book a local taxi. It's less than half the price.

The sevice from all staff excellent! Room serviced everyday with clean towels and more water.

An excellent quality hotel, very relaxing and amazingly kept gardens.

The staff were excellent. Super polite and very helpful. The tennis coach was amazing. I feel the hotel should make more use of their tennis facilities. A little repair work also needed and the courts would be great. The cleanliness of this hotel was 5*.

The staff also eat at the hotel. They should wait until the clients have finished. e.g. the returant finished at 9pm but some staff tend to rush in and load (actually overload) their plates. One evening a member of staff took the last piece of chicken that I was going to have. No big deal as plenty of other choice but nevertheless there is also plenty remaining if the staff were to wait until the clients have finished.

Perfect winter sun

The location was lovely - nice and quiet but not too far away from the airport. Beautiful pools and beaches. The whole complex is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. All of the staff were so friendly welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure guests we always happy. The room was comfortable. There was a good range of food available for all meals and the speciality restaurants also served lovely alternatives.

The pool was quite cold in my opinion (but I'm always cold so it might just be me! ).

Awesome

The place is good and facility is amazing. Quality of catering is also great and you will like the whole service there. I loved it a lot. Swimming pool, massage, gym, food, event everything was good.

The guy who carries people's luggage for check-out. He was riding small car for the baggage. He has mustache and little bit fat. He was the worst person ever that I met in Egypt for a month. My every staying in this hotel was so perfect but his rude act almost ruined my perfect trip in Sharm El-Sheik. I don't know who he is anymore and I don't care, but you know, even one single tiny little thing can make other people's trip better or worse. Except for him, the hotel was perfect.

Emmmm, Perfect The food was the best in Sharm specially the lunch and the dinners , it is hard to choose what to eat and it is all so delicious, The room has a great garden view , I highly recommend the garden not the pool nor the beach view, the garden is so relaxing The sandwiches in the downtown restaurant were good too The bars are good with lovely locations The tower has a great view The main pool is good , large and good, the only problem that it is 1.55 cm long , the whole pool is like this so it is bad for not swimmers short people but still there is a relaxing pool which is 1.45 but not as heated The beach is good The staff are my favorite specially in the restaurant and bars staff , the are kind and lovely and so professional The animation team is the best in Sharm too, they all speak very well English and from different countries, they are fun and lovable, we made a good friendship with them , I don’t want to say names because they were all good I am sad that they will leave in April cause I am gonna visit this hotel soon but they will be replaced by others I hope they are as professional as the current ones The activities are good and professional , we had fun with darts with captain Erol, and we sweat a lot with steps aerobics and excrsices with bea, we had fun dancing with bea Paulo Vinc and christin And had a good laugh with jasmin and alp The hotel has lots of good places to sit in and lots of places to take photos in, The shows were very good The live music parties and the dj ones were so good too The parties, oh my you don’t need to go out to dance , you will dance there till you get tired And my favorite was the silent gala party , it is one of a kind, There’s an app called tui magic life it has all the programs and the schedule of them Plus it has something called magic apitate which you can vote for three extra fancy dishes to eat during the dinner The stay were good that we added 4 night to our 2 nights stay, because we couldn’t get...

Before saying my negative comments I still give this hotel 10 .. Things that might bothered me The mini cakes and waffles sometime smell so eggy and I can’t eat them, bus still other desserts were so goood The breakfast need more variety، Things that might bother Arabs 1, I read some comments saying the animation team don’t encourage Arabs, that’s a lie they encouraged us and they were soooooo good , best of the best , the only problem they don’t speak Arabic , but they speak English besides Brazilian Russian German Turkish Italian, so well, it is not their problem that some people don’t speak English 2, the room ha no. Bathtub only a shower, and it is kinda small, but still a good comfy with a great view and strong running shower And you can actually book larger rooms , they are available in booking too 3, no fresh juices except in breakfast and not a lot
